The whole restaurant runs on one QR code.

Your guest scans the table, orders from their own phone and pays for the whole visit in one bill. Your kitchen, counter and cash desk stay in step — across every branch, on the devices you already own, with no commission on a single order.

No app for your guests. No new hardware. No per-order cut.

Ways to sell

Three ways to sell.
One system behind them.

Dine-in, parcel and delivery share one menu, one kitchen board and one set of reports — and every one of them puts a premium experience in your guest's hand. Offers work across all three.

Dine-in

Scan the table. Order from your seat.

  • One QR per table — nothing for the guest to install
  • Round after round, all attached to the same visit
  • Call a server, or ask for water or cutlery, from the table
  • Ask for the bill without catching anyone's eye

Parcel & takeaway

Counter orders, off the notepad.

  • Staff raise a parcel order in seconds
  • A priced review screen before anything commits
  • Same menu, same kitchen board, same reports
  • Thermal receipt straight to the printer you own

Home delivery

Your own delivery channel — no commission.

  • A public ordering link and QR for each branch
  • Delivery fees that scale with distance
  • Your own riders — assign it, send it out, track it in
  • Paid at the door by UPI or cash, and reconciled the same day

Offers & coupons

Reasons to come back, built into the checkout.

  • Coupon codes guests type in themselves
  • Automatic offers that need no code at all
  • Buy-one-get-one and free-gift rewards
  • An Offers tab in the guest's app so nothing goes unseen

In detail: dine-in QR ordering, the digital menu and home delivery without commission.

Cafés, restaurants, tiffin centres —
and everything in between.

If you serve food and take money for it, the same system fits. Turn off the channels you don't sell through.

Cafés

Table QR, quick reorders, one bill at the end of the sitting.

Restaurants

The whole floor — tables, kitchen board and running bills.

Tiffin centres

Delivery rounds, plus a monthly udhar ledger for every regular.

Cloud kitchens

Delivery only — dine-in and parcel can be switched off entirely.

Bakeries & sweet shops

Fast counter parcels and a thermal receipt every time.

QSR & food courts

Quick billing, short queues, no notepad at the till.

Bars & lounges

Every round rolls into the same running bill.

Juice & ice-cream bars

A small menu you can change in seconds when stock runs out.

Every food business leaks money in the same four places.

None of them are the food. All of them are the gap between a guest deciding and your system knowing.

The guest waits to be noticed

The slowest part of the meal is catching someone's eye.

The menu is already open on their phone. They order the moment they're ready — and again at dessert without flagging anyone down.

Orders travel on paper and memory

Wrong table, missed add-on, an item nobody rang up.

Every order lands on the kitchen board the second it's placed, priced by your menu, attached to the right table.

The bill is assembled at the end

Four rounds, three slips, one argument at the counter.

The bill builds itself as the visit happens. One invoice per table visit, printed or paid at the table.

Nobody knows what actually sold

Decisions get made on a feeling and last month's memory.

Item and category sales, average order value, table performance, cancellations and repeat customers — on a dashboard, exportable.

How it works

Three taps for the guest.
Zero training for the staff.

The same visit, seen from both sides of the pass.

On the table
01

Scan

The table QR opens your menu in the browser. Photos, sizes, add-ons, live availability. No download, no login, no wait.

02

Order

They build the cart, apply an offer, send it. The kitchen sees it instantly and they can track it — then order round two without getting up.

03

Pay

One bill for the whole visit. Ask for the bill from the phone, settle at the table or the counter, take the receipt on paper or on screen — and rate the dishes on the way out.

Behind the pass
01

See it land

A live board of orders and table states — no refreshing, with a sound alert when something new arrives.

02

Run the floor

Seat a walk-in on the rooftop, move a whole visit to another table, add an order by hand, answer a water or cutlery request from the table.

03

Close it out

Adjust the bill, apply a discount, put it on credit if they're a regular, print the thermal receipt, free the table.

The guest's side

Give your guests something that feels premium.

The phone in their hand is the first thing they judge you on after the food. Make it look like the room they're sitting in.

Your brand, not ours

Your logo, your colours, your photographs. Your guest never lands in a third-party app or looks at somebody else's advertising.

A menu that sells for you

Photos, descriptions, sizes and add-ons — everything a paper menu cannot show and a busy server has no time to explain.

Nobody waits to be noticed

Order, ask for water, add a dessert or call for the bill straight from the table. Attention is never the bottleneck.

Live, from kitchen to table

The guest can see their order move instead of wondering. Fewer interruptions for your staff, a calmer room for everyone.

What goes into a menu that sells for you →

Features

Everything a restaurant does.
In one place.

Not a menu viewer with billing bolted on. The ordering, the floor, the bill, the delivery cash, the offers, the reviews, the team and the numbers — one system, one login.

Ordering, every way you sell

Dine-in, takeaway and delivery running off the same menu and the same reports.

  • Dine-in QR ordering, one code per table
  • Parcel and counter takeaway orders
  • Home delivery on a public branch link, with fees that scale by distance
  • Staff can place an order for a table by hand
  • Guests reorder a past order straight back into the cart

A menu you can actually run

Change a price at 11am and the next scan shows it. No reprinting, ever.

  • Categories, items, photos and descriptions
  • Sizes and variants with their own prices
  • Add-ons and extras attached to items
  • Combo meals with their own price and a kitchen-accurate component list
  • Mark an item unavailable the moment it runs out

A floor that stays in sync

Every screen updates itself. Nobody shouts across the pass.

  • Live order board with sound alerts
  • Live table board — vacant, occupied, bill requested
  • Rooftop, garden, AC hall — every area numbers its own tables
  • Put a charge on the seating where the seat is worth more
  • Guests can call a server, or ask for water or cutlery
  • Transfer a whole visit, orders and running bill, to another table

Billing that closes clean

The bill is a record of the visit, not a reconstruction of it.

  • One invoice per table visit, however many rounds
  • Add, remove or re-quantify items before you invoice
  • Item savings and a manual pre-tax bill discount
  • Refunds recorded, not scribbled out
  • Thermal receipts and an invoice template you control

A bill your accountant accepts

The tax on the bill is your rate, your registration number and your rounding — not our assumptions.

  • GST at a rate you set, on or off, branch by branch
  • Menu prices quoted tax-inclusive, or tax added at the bill — your choice
  • An optional service charge, and a grand total that rounds off if you want it
  • GSTIN and FSSAI numbers printed on the bill, with your business name and address
  • Your own invoice prefix, numbered in its own unbroken series per branch

Credit, the way regulars expect

The khata, but it adds itself up and never gets lost.

  • Put a bill on credit at the moment of billing
  • A ledger per customer, with what's outstanding
  • Record part payments and settlements
  • Paid, partly paid and unpaid, visible on every bill

Delivery money that comes home

The distance between the doorstep and the till is where delivery cash goes missing.

  • Your own riders, on a roster, on duty or off
  • A UPI QR at the door — or cash, and the rider says which
  • Photo proof against the payment, destroyed after ten days
  • A wallet per rider that is the sum of its entries, never a typed figure
  • Cash handed back one delivery at a time, then the day closes

Growth built into the checkout

Discounts that apply themselves, at the right moment, on the right channel.

  • Coupon codes customers enter themselves
  • Automatic offers that need no code
  • Buy-one-get-one and free-gift rewards
  • Target a single item or a whole category
  • An Offers tab in the guest's app so nothing goes unseen

Hear it before the internet does

The guest who would have said nothing and never come back tells you instead.

  • Stars on the dish they actually ordered, not on the restaurant in general
  • The score counts straight away; the comment waits for you to approve it
  • Answer publicly, in the restaurant's own words, under the comment
  • Each branch decides what appears on the menu
  • Find the dish that is quietly costing you regulars

The people behind the pass Add-on

Most of your kitchen never signs in to anything. They still turn up, take leave and get paid.

  • An employment record for everyone — login or no login
  • Shifts and weekly offs set per person, because a kitchen can't all rest on Monday
  • One screen a day: present, absent, half day, leave, off, holiday
  • Leave types with balances that work themselves out
  • Salary structures — basic, allowances, deductions — versioned, never overwritten
  • A month's pay worked out from that attendance, and a payslip for every person
  • Advances given ahead of salary, recovering themselves month by month

Numbers you'll actually open

What sold, when, through which channel, to whom.

  • Sales and orders over any date range
  • Item and category performance
  • Average order value, table performance and cancellations
  • Customer report with repeat behaviour and top spenders
  • Export any report to CSV for your accountant

Safe to hand to your staff

Give people exactly the access their job needs, and keep the receipts.

  • Restaurant admin, branch admin and staff roles
  • Fine-grained permissions granted per person
  • Branch users only ever see their own branch's data
  • Restrict the portal to your restaurant's own network by IP
  • An audit trail of who changed what, and when

One login, every branch

Open the second outlet without opening a second system.

  • Every branch under one restaurant account
  • Per-branch tables, QR codes, staff and reports
  • Switch branch from the top bar
  • Alerts stay inside their branch — one branch never hears another's
  • Location gate so guests can only order at the venue
  • Your logo and colours across the guest experience

Each of these has a page of its own — start from the features hub, or go straight to tables and the floor, billing and GST, reports or staff and payroll.

Built for how Indian restaurants actually run.

Not a Western product with a rupee symbol pasted on the front.

Udhar, handled properly

Regulars eat now and pay at month end. Put the bill on credit at billing, keep a per-customer ledger, record part payments, and see what's outstanding without opening a notebook.

Thermal receipts out of the box

The 58mm and 80mm receipts your counter already prints — bills, credit bills and payment receipts, all from the same template, with your logo on top.

Your clock, your currency

Every timestamp is Indian Standard Time and every amount is in rupees, wherever the server happens to live. "Today's sales" means today.

Light enough for a weak signal

The guest experience is a compressed web page, not an app store download — it opens on a mid-range phone on a patchy connection.

Your team, on the books at last

Most of a kitchen never signs in to anything, so the employment record is a record of the person and not of a login. Everyone gets a shift, their own weekly off, a leave balance and a salary structure — and the advance somebody asks for before a festival is recorded once and then recovers itself out of the next few months' pay.

The rider's cash, accounted for

Money comes back from the door one delivery at a time, against a wallet that is the sum of its entries rather than a figure somebody typed. UPI reaches you directly and never passes through anyone's hands.

Pricing

One plan, priced per restaurant.
No commission.

Never per order — your busiest Saturday costs exactly what your quietest Tuesday costs. Two things are charged on top, and both are listed below.

50% off Every price on this page, plan and add-ons alike, is currently half its standard price.

Everything, in one subscription

One plan. The whole restaurant in it.

No tiers to climb. Everything it takes to sell, serve and settle up is in this one subscription — the only things priced separately are extra outlets and payroll.

₹1,399 ₹699 /month

Billed monthly

₹14,999 ₹7,499 /year

Save ₹889 against paying monthly

Try it for 14 days. Every rupee back if it isn't for you. Start on any plan, put it in front of your real tables and your real staff, and if in the first 14 days you decide it does not fit how you run your floor, ask and we return 100% of what you paid. No notice period, no restocking fee, no part-refund arithmetic.

Included — all of it

Every extra branch

Add outlets whenever you open them. Each one gets its own tables, QR codes, staff and reports, and the whole group reports together under one login.

₹999 ₹499 /month

or ₹4,999 a year, per branch — standard price ₹9,999

Staff & payroll

Your whole team on the books, whether or not they ever sign in: shifts, weekly offs, daily attendance, leave balances and salary structures — then a month's pay worked out from that attendance, with payslips, advances and one-off bonuses. Priced per branch, like the branches themselves.

₹699 ₹349 /month

or ₹3,499 a year, for your first branch — standard price ₹6,999

Each extra branch on payroll: ₹249 a month, or ₹2,499 a year

No setup fee and no per-order commission. The two prices above are the only things that cost more than the plan — nothing else is held back for an upgrade. Every one of them comes with the same 14-day money-back promise, and the price you start on holds for the whole of that subscription period. Full terms.

Everything about the price, including what is never charged →

Trust & control

Your money and your data,
where they belong.

The part nobody asks about until it matters. Here it is before you have to ask.

Your money never passes through us

There is no payment gateway in the middle of your takings. A guest's UPI payment goes straight to your account and cash stays in your till — we record that it happened. Your subscription is the only money that comes to us.

Your data stays yours, and stays separate

Your menu, customers, orders and takings belong to your restaurant account and are never visible to another restaurant. Branch users work inside their own branch, and every report exports to CSV whenever you want it.

Every change has a name against it

Who edited the price, who cancelled the order, who gave the discount, who settled the bill — written down as it happens, with the time, and readable afterwards. Trust your team and still be able to check.

Lock the back office to your own network

Restrict the admin portal to your restaurant's own IP addresses so it cannot be opened from anywhere else, give each person only the permissions their job needs, and keep delivery proof photos only for the ten days they are useful.

The questions owners actually ask

The ones that come up first. There are another ten on the questions page.

Does the guest have to install anything?

No. The QR code opens a web app in whatever browser is already on their phone. They can add it to their home screen if they want to, but nothing is required — not an install, not an account, not a login.

Do you take a cut of my orders?

No. EMenuScan is a flat subscription — ₹699 a month, or ₹7,499 for the year, both currently half the standard price. Whether you do fifty covers or five hundred, the price is the same and the whole bill is yours.

What if it turns out not to suit us?

Then you get your money back. Use it for 14 days on your real tables, and if you decide it does not fit how you run your floor, tell us inside those 14 days and we return 100% of what you paid — the whole amount, not a part of it, whether you paid for a month or a year. After that you can still cancel whenever you like; you keep working until the period you have paid for ends.

You are showing 50% off. Will my price go up later?

Not while you are on it. We set our own prices and they can change for new subscriptions at any time, but the price you start on is the price for the whole of that subscription period — a year means a year at that figure. If a price changes, it applies when you renew, and you will know before you are asked to pay it.

Which features do I have to pay extra for?

Two things, and they are both named on this page. Everything to do with selling, serving and settling up is in the ₹699 plan — delivery and rider cash, coupons and offers, the credit ledger, dish ratings, reports, Refer & Earn, the lot. On top of that, each additional branch is ₹499 a month, and staff & payroll is ₹349 a month for your first branch if you want it. Nothing else is held back for an upgrade.

I run a tiffin centre / cloud kitchen, not a sit-down restaurant. Does it still fit?

Yes, and you can switch off what you don't need — a delivery-only kitchen can turn dine-in and parcel off completely. Tiffin centres tend to use two things hardest: home delivery for the daily rounds, and the credit ledger, so a monthly customer eats all month and settles once.

What if a guest doesn't want to use their phone?

Your staff can place the order for them from the same system — pick the table, build the order, send it to the kitchen. The bill and the reports don't care how the order arrived.

Can I use it for takeaway and delivery too?

Yes. Takeaway is raised at the counter, and home delivery runs on a public link for the branch with fees that scale by distance. All three channels share one menu and one set of reports.
