Why it is not priced per order
A commission is a tax on your best day. It grows exactly when your costs grow, it is charged on food you already paid for, and it is charged again on the regular who would have come anyway. Somewhere in that arithmetic is the reason a busy restaurant can have a bad month.
A flat subscription puts the cost where you can plan for it. Fifty covers or five hundred, the software costs the same, and the whole of the bill is yours.
What the 14-day money-back promise actually means
Start on any plan, put it in front of your real tables and your real staff, and if in the first 14 days you decide it does not fit how you run your floor, ask and we return 100% of what you paid. No notice period, no restocking fee, no part-refund arithmetic.
It is deliberately not a limited trial account. Put it on your real tables with your real staff on a real Saturday — that is the only test that tells you anything, and it is not a test you can run on a sandbox with three dishes in it.

Nothing else is held back for a higher tier, because there is no higher tier. There is one plan, and everything to do with selling, serving and settling up is inside it.

Is there a free trial?
Not an unpaid one, and we would rather be straight about why. You subscribe, and you then have 14 days to ask for all of it back — the whole amount, whether you paid for a month or a year. A product that runs your floor is only worth evaluating on real tables with real staff, and a crippled trial account tells you nothing about that.
Can I pay monthly instead of committing to a year?
Yes. ₹699 a month, cancel whenever you like, and you keep working until the period you have paid for ends. The year at ₹7,499 exists only because it is cheaper — save ₹889 against paying monthly.
Am I charged per table, per order or per member of staff?
None of those. The subscription is per outlet. Tables are unlimited, your busiest Saturday costs exactly what your quietest Tuesday costs, and there is no commission on any order through any channel.
What if I open another branch halfway through the year?
Add it when you open it. Each additional branch is ₹499 a month or ₹4,999 a year, gets its own tables, QR codes, staff and reports, and reports into the group under the same login.
Will my price go up later?
Not while you are on it. We set our own prices and they can change for new subscriptions at any time, but the price you start on is the price for the whole of that subscription period — a year means a year at that figure. A change applies at renewal, and you will know before you are asked to pay it.
Do I have to buy hardware or pay for installation?
No, in most cases nothing at all. It runs in a browser, so any phone, tablet or laptop you already have will do, and an existing thermal printer will print the bills. There is no setup fee and no per-terminal licence.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your own users lose access to the back office until it is renewed — the portal locks out. Cancelling deliberately stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period, so you keep working normally until the period you have already paid for runs out. Every report exports to CSV at any time, which is the point at which to take the numbers you want.
