One folio per stay, not a bill rebuilt at checkout
A hotel loses the same way a restaurant does — in the gap between something happening (a booking, a room-service order, a late checkout) and the bill finding out about it.
In short
Hotel management here covers guest rooms and room types, check-in and checkout, and one combined folio bill per stay however many charges it picks up. Guests can reserve a room in advance from your own guest-facing booking page, and order food to the room from a QR code that runs on the same ordering and kitchen system as the restaurant side. Housekeeping works off its own board, separate from the bill.
- Guest rooms, room types and one folio per stay
- A guest-facing booking page for advance reservations
- In-room QR ordering on the same kitchen board
- A housekeeping board, separate from the folio
One stay, one bill — the same idea as one table visit
A stay is the hotel-side equivalent of a table visit: it opens at check-in, collects whatever the guest picks up during it, and closes as one document rather than a stack of chits from the room, the restaurant and the desk that somebody has to add up by hand at the worst possible moment — while a taxi is waiting outside.
- Guest rooms organised by room type, each with its own rate
- Check-in and checkout against a specific room
- Every charge the stay picks up lands on one folio
- One invoice at checkout, whatever was added along the way
Room service without a phone call to the desk
Every guest room carries its own QR code. Scanning it opens the same menu and ordering system the restaurant side runs on — the kitchen sees the order on its live board exactly as it would a table order, and the charge is added to the room's folio instead of being paid on the spot. A property running both a restaurant and rooms is running one ordering system underneath both of them, not two.
Reservations a guest can make without calling you
Each property gets its own guest-facing booking page, so somebody can check availability and reserve a room ahead of arrival on their own phone. It is your own link — the kind you put on your website or in a bio — not a listing inside a marketplace where the room next door is also for sale.
Housekeeping, on a board rather than a clipboard
Separate from the folio and the reservation, a room is tracked as ready or needing attention, with turnaround on a departing stay handled as its own step, and — if a branch wants it — a room can be required to pass a check before it is offered again.
What it does not do
It is not connected to Booking.com, MakeMyTrip or any other channel manager or OTA, and it does not sync a calendar with one — every reservation on this page is one made directly with you. There is also no dynamic or seasonal rate engine beyond the rate you set for each room type; adjusting it for a weekend or a festival is a rate you change yourself, not something the system works out for you.
As with everything on this site, ask on the demo rather than assume — bring the specific gap you are checking for and we will show you honestly whether it is covered.
From a reservation to a closed folio
The guest books ahead, or walks in
Your own booking page takes an advance reservation with no phone call needed, or a guest checks in directly at the desk against a room and a room type.
The stay picks up its own charges
The room itself, and anything ordered to it — room service scanned from the room's own QR code lands on the kitchen board and on the folio at the same time, not on a separate slip.
Housekeeping works its own board
Independently of the folio: a room is either ready or it needs attention, and turnaround on a departing stay is its own tracked step before the room goes back on sale.
Checkout closes one bill
Whatever the stay picked up — nights, room service, anything else added — becomes one invoice at checkout, the same billing engine the restaurant side uses.
Questions about this
More general questions — price, commission, data, multiple outlets — are answered here.
What happens to charges a guest runs up during their stay?
They collect on the stay's folio — the room, any food ordered to the room, and anything else you add — and become one bill at checkout. A three-night stay with room service on two of those nights still closes as one invoice, the same way a table's four rounds close as one bill on the restaurant side.
Can a guest order food to their room without calling the front desk?
Yes. Every guest room carries its own QR code, and scanning it opens the same ordering system the restaurant side uses — the kitchen sees it on the live board, and the charge lands on the guest's folio instead of being paid at the table.
Can a guest book a room themselves, without phoning you?
Yes — each property gets its own guest-facing booking page, so a guest can check availability and reserve a room in advance without a call. It is a page you link from your own site or Instagram bio, not a listing on a marketplace.
How does housekeeping know which rooms need attention?
From a board of its own, separate from the folio: a room is either ready or it needs attention, turnaround on a departing stay is its own step, and a branch can require a room to be checked before it goes back on sale.
Do I need a separate login for the hotel side and the restaurant side?
No — one account, one login. A property that runs both a front desk and a restaurant works both from the same portal, and a guest's room charge and a walk-in diner's table bill are handled by the same billing engine.
Does this replace a channel manager or list me on booking sites?
No. There is no connection to Booking.com, MakeMyTrip or any other OTA, and no shared calendar with them — reservations made here are the ones made directly with you, through your own booking page or at the desk.
