What sold, when, through which channel, and to whom

Most restaurant decisions are made on a feeling and last month's memory. These are the four or five numbers that change that, and they are already there because the ordering produced them.

In short

Reporting here covers sales and orders over any date range, item and category performance, average order value, table performance, cancellations and repeat-customer behaviour, per branch or across the whole group. Every report exports to CSV. It reports revenue and behaviour rather than margin — there is no inventory or food-costing module behind it.

  • Sales and orders over any date range
  • Item and category performance
  • Average order value and table performance
  • CSV export on every report

The numbers that change a decision

A sales total tells you how the week went. What changes what you do next is narrower: which dishes are carrying the menu, which category is quietly dead, what an average table is actually worth, which tables earn and which are furniture, and how much of the week is repeat business rather than passing trade.

  • Sales and order counts over any range, by branch or group
  • Item and category performance, so a menu decision has evidence behind it
  • Average order value — the number a combo or an add-on is supposed to move
  • Table performance, and cancellations with the reason they happened
  • Customer report: repeat behaviour, top spenders, channel and payment mix

It came from the ordering, so it is already true

These are not figures anybody types in at the end of the day. They are the orders and the invoices that the floor produced while it was working, which is why they are worth reading — a report assembled by hand at 11pm reflects the person who assembled it more than the evening it describes.

Yours to take away

Every report exports to CSV, so the numbers go to your accountant, your own spreadsheet, or anywhere else you like, whenever you like. Your menu, your customers, their order history, your invoices and your sales figures belong to your account, and one restaurant's data is never visible to another.

What it is honestly not

It is not a business-intelligence suite, and it will not tell you your margin. There is no inventory, no purchase ledger and no recipe costing in this product, so nothing here can know what a dish cost to make. What it does know is what you sold and what you were paid — and for most restaurants, that is the half that was missing.

Reports are readable by the roles and permissions you grant. A staff member does not see the group's takings because they can see the order board.

Questions about this

More general questions — price, commission, data, multiple outlets — are answered here.

Can I see one branch, or the whole group?

Both. Every report can be read for a single branch or across the group, and branch users only ever see their own branch's numbers. Switching between them is one control in the top bar.

Can I get the numbers out?

Yes — every report exports to CSV. That matters more than it sounds: it means the figures are yours to take to your accountant or your own spreadsheet whenever you want them, not only on the way out of the product.

Does it tell me my profit or my food cost?

No. There is no inventory or costing module in this product, so it reports what you sold and what you were paid — not what the ingredients cost you. Anything claiming to know your margin would have to know your purchases, and this does not.

Does it show me who my regulars are?

Yes. The customer report covers repeat behaviour, top spenders, which channel they order through and how they pay, and you can open any individual customer to see their history — including what is outstanding if they are on credit.

Can I see what was cancelled and by whom?

Yes. Cancellations are reported, and separately every state-changing action in the portal is written to an audit log with the person's name and the time. Trusting your team and being able to check are not in conflict.
