Talk to us on WhatsApp

One message, a real person, and no form that turns into six emails.

In short

EMenuScan is sold and supported over WhatsApp. Tap either button on this page and a message opens with the details we need already prompted — your business name, city, type of venue and number of outlets — so the first reply is already useful. A demo takes about twenty minutes and is run on your own menu.

  • WhatsApp, for sales and for support
  • Demos run on your own menu, in about twenty minutes
  • Nothing to install to be shown it
  • Operated by Manditi Tech Solutions, in India

Why WhatsApp and not a form

Because it is faster for both of us. A restaurant owner reads WhatsApp between the lunch and dinner service; a contact form goes into an inbox and comes back as a call at the wrong moment. Tapping a button here opens a message that is already written — you fill in a few blanks and send it, and the first reply already has enough to be useful.

There is no call centre behind it and no sequence of automated emails. It is a conversation.

What to have ready

None of this is compulsory, but a message with these in it usually saves two rounds of questions.

  • Your business name and city
  • What kind of place it is — café, restaurant, tiffin centre, cloud kitchen, something else
  • How many outlets you have, and whether you are opening more
  • Which parts matter most: dine-in, parcel, delivery, billing, credit, payroll
  • A good time to call, if you would rather talk than type

Who you are dealing with

EMenuScan is operated by Manditi Tech Solutions, and the service is sold and supported in India. What we hold about you, and the difference between your account and your guests' information, is set out in the privacy policy; the subscription, the money-back window and where responsibility sits are in the terms of service.

Questions about this

More general questions — price, commission, data, multiple outlets — are answered here.

What happens on a demo?

About twenty minutes. We put your own menu on the screen, walk the same visit the guest and your staff would walk, and go through the parts you are sceptical about — the bill, the tax settings, the rider cash, whatever it is. You should come out of it knowing whether this fits your floor, including if the answer is that it does not.

Do I have to buy anything to see it?

No. There is nothing to install and nothing to pay to be shown it. If you do subscribe, every price carries a money-back window, which is stated in full in the terms.

Can you help me put my menu in?

Yes — bring the card you use today, or a photograph of it, and that is what we set up for the demo. It is a much more useful conversation when you are looking at your own dishes and your own prices.

I am already a customer and something is wrong. Where do I go?

The same WhatsApp number. Tell us your business name, the branch, and what you were doing when it went wrong — and a screenshot if you have one. Please do not send us passwords or a guest's personal details.

I am a guest, not a restaurant. Can you help with my order?

We cannot, and we are not being unhelpful. When you scan a table or order a delivery, that order and your details belong to the restaurant you ordered from, not to us — so the restaurant is the only party who can look at it, change it or refund it. Contact them directly.

Send the message.

It is already written — fill in your business name and city, and we will take it from there.

Or chat on WhatsApp

We call back the same day, and your details go nowhere else.
